This page contains the terms & conditions of sign rental with Celebration Signs. Please read the contract details below carefully before renting your sign.

1. PAYMENT: Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice, which will be sent upon reservation/booking. Payments for rush orders are due immediately upon reservation. 

2. CANCELLATION: In the event that you need to cancel your Celebration Sign for any reason, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice.  If you notify us 48 hours or more ahead of sign setup, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours of your setup time will receive a 50% refund. Typically, same-day cancellations may not be refunded.

3. RESCHEDULING: We require 24 hours notice to reschedule and cannot guarantee that your sign will be available on your new requested date. If your sign is not available, we will issue you a full refund. Sign rentals can only be rescheduled once without an additional charge. Signs that are rescheduled more than once will incur a $20 rescheduling charge for each date change.  

4. RUSH ORDERS: Accommodation of rush orders and same-day orders is not guaranteed and will be based on available inventory. Rush charges will apply. 

5. REFUNDS: Celebration Signs will not refund payment if the sign recipient requests its removal. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission.

   • Please notify the sign recipient/homeowner that they will receive the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the sign rental. ​

6. INCLEMENT WEATHER: If weather makes it impossible to setup your sign, Celebration Signs will either help you reschedule, give you a credit for a future Celebration Sign rental, or issue you a full refund. Celebration Signs is solely responsible for determining if inclement weather is severe enough to warrant cancelling a sign order.

7. SIGN OWNERSHIP: All signs remain the property of Celebration Signs. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with Celebration Signs is prohibited. Signs cannot be moved without direct consent from Celebration Signs. You are responsible for replacing any graphics, characters, letters, icons, or other rented material at full replacement value (price varies depending on signage). ​

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Celebration Signs reserves the right to decline orders for any reason, including orders that are political, controversial, lewd, or disrespectful. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
